Individual will be responsible for providing daily IT support task and managing IT infrastructure in an organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work on projects, day to day operations and solid understanding of enterprise system and knowledge of network
Experience required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise helpdesk environment or Information Technology
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS based PC, LAN, VOIP or any other IT related device
- Ability to support video conference system
- Understanding of MS Office and other standard software
- Knowledge in Windows infrastructure and Network
- Great Communication and presentation skill and must be a team player.
Work Environment required:
Travel (US domestic) required
Overtime and non-business hour and day works are required sometimes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Related Bachelor's Degree; or 3 to 5 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong troubleshooting methodology is required
- Good customer service skills, communication, work independently and have interpersonal skills.
- Leadership to manage junior IT members
