Job Description
- Operate and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, and Data Center networks
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Routers, and Cisco Nexus Switches
- Manage VLAN, Trunk, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP and related network protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot L4 Load Balancers including VIP, Pool, Member, Health Check and Failover
- Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting across Server ? L4 ? Firewall ? Network
- Handle network configuration changes, upgrades, backup/restore and incident recovery
- Prepare RCA reports, network diagrams and technical documentation
- Coordinate with Server, Application, Security and telecom carrier teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network implementation or operations experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Catalyst ? Mandatory
- Cisco Router ? Mandatory
- Cisco Nexus ? Mandatory
- L4 Load Balancer ? Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, Trunk, EtherChannel/LACP and routing protocols
- Experience with OSPF/BGP and network redundancy technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Ping, Traceroute, Routing Table, Packet Capture and Wireshark
- Ability to independently modify network configurations and resolve network incidents
