Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- - Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- - Oversee supply chain operations and quality assurance processes
- - Act as the primary contact for client-reported issues; assess situations and coordinate appropriate solutions
- - Maintain clear and proactive communication with both clients and internal teams
- - Monitor operational performance and initiate improvements when necessary
- - Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams to meet client-specific requirements
- - Support project management tasks related to customer engagement and service delivery
Qualifications

- - Experience in quality assurance, supply chain, or subcontractor management
- - Background in hardware/ mechanical engineering or development
- - Project management experience, especially in client-facing or cross-functional roles
- - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- - Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments
- - Korean English Bilingual
