  • Responsible for performing the general affair’s functions for HR & General Administration Department including following responsibilities and duties
  • - Personnel Management-
  • 1.Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Severance of employees
  • 2.Disciplinary actions
  • 3.Employee Performance Evaluation
  • 4.Employee Attending Record
  • 5.Security Control System
  • 6.Correct and records of Employee Vacation and Attendance
  • 7.Operation of 401K
  • 8.Employee Insurance- Enroll, Terminate, Changed and verified
  • 9.Responsible for Insurance bill invoice records by branch
  • 10.Review a request to training employee and filing internal memorandum
  • 11.Prepare terminating employees’ COBRA
  • 12.Allowance follow up Overtime, Job Position, and Referral Fee
  • 13.Employee benefit facility operation
  • 14.Prepare and filing of Personnel employee file
  • 15.Personnel employee record inputs into Woori sub system
