- 1. Responsible for the overall product planning of sports shoe categories, including market trend analysis, product line planning and design, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management.
- 2. Leading the formulation and execution of annual and seasonal product plans, coordinating design, development, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure product implementation.
- 3. Monitor sales and inventory data, analyze product performance, promptly propose adjustment and optimization solutions to achieve business goals.
- 4. Build and manage a product planning team, cultivate professional capabilities, and promote efficient collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- 1. Over 15 years of experience in product planning for well-known sports brands, with a focus on shoe categories.
- 2. There are successful case studies in sports shoe product planning, familiar with the shoe development process, materials, and market trends.
- 3. Possessing excellent planning skills, data analysis abilities, and business acumen, one can independently output product strategies.
- 4. Has demonstrated team leadership or project management skills, possesses management potential, and has experience in developing teams.
- 5. Enthusiastic about the sports shoe industry, result-oriented, and adaptable to the fast-paced new business environment.
