Job Description

  • 1. Completely responsible for the coordinated planning and daily operational management of all human resources modules (planning, recruitment, employee relations, administrative management).
  • 2. Leading annual human resources strategic planning, organizational diagnosis, and efficiency enhancement projects to support business development needs.
  • 3. Optimize the recruitment system, manage the entire process of hiring for key positions, and establish a talent pipeline and reserve mechanism.
  • 4. Coordinate the standardized management of the company's administrative operations, office environment, fixed assets, and logistics support systems.
  • 5. Handling employee relations, compliance management, and labor dispute prevention to promote corporate culture development and enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in human resources management, enterprise management, or related fields.
  • 2. Over 10 years of full module management experience in human resources for medium and large enterprises, with at least 3 years of experience as a head of a human resources department.
  • 3. Possessing strong HR planning capabilities, we can independently complete organizational diagnosis, human resource planning, and the design and implementation of human resources projects.
  • 4. Proficient in setting up recruitment systems and recruiting high-end talent, familiar with the entire administrative operations management process.
  • 5. Familiar with labor laws and regulations, possessing excellent communication and coordination skills, cross-departmental drive, and experience in team management.
  • 6. Result-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced work, with strong stress resistance and multitasking capabilities.
