Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Operations Specialist to manage and operate company-wide data systems and provide actionable insights to senior management. This role will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and strategic utilization across departments, with a focus on Salesforce, MS 365, and SAP integration. The ideal candidate will have a background in statistics, strong analytical skills, and experience in developing management reports and market analyses for HQ.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
  • - Manage and maintain company-wide data systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
  • - Operate and optimize data workflows across Salesforce, MS 365, and SAP platforms.
  • - Develop, update, and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • - Create and run SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  • - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decision-making.
  • - Prepare periodic and ad-hoc data-driven reports for HQ, including sales performance, operational KPIs, and market trends.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • - Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and implement process improvements.
  • - Support strategic initiatives with data modeling and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Statistics major preferred).
  • - Proven experience in data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • - Proficiency in Salesforce, MS 365, and SAP data handling.
  • - Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred).
  • - Strong SQL and query-writing skills.
  • - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Korean language proficiency preferred due to cross-team communication requirements.
