Job Description

  • Accounting Support: Assist with various accounting tasks, including processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure timely and precise reporting.
  • - Treasury Management: Contribute to treasury management initiatives by monitoring cash flow and
  • analyzing different money market instruments. Support the budgeting process by preparing financial
  • forecasts and reports.
  • - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate
  • documentation and generating necessary reports. Collaborate with relevant departments to address
  • compliance issues proactively.
  • - Human Resources Assistance: Support HR functions by participating in the recruitment process,
  • facilitating onboarding for new employees, and providing ongoing employee support to enhance
  • workplace satisfaction.
  • - Vendor Liaison: Act as a point of contact for third-party vendors, including IT service providers, to
  • ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and improve service
  • delivery.
  • - Ad Hoc Assignments: Handle various ad hoc projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability
  • to meet the evolving demands of the organization

Qualifications

  • -Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, enabling effective management of tasks
  • and priorities.
  • - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • - A foundational understanding of accounting principles is a plus
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a bilingual environment (Korean, English)
  • - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred.
