Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project management of automation equipment?from contract signing to successful delivery?ensuring on-time, on-quality, and on-budget execution.
- Drive project planning, team formation, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, and operations.
- Oversee technical implementation details, including integration of robotics, AGVs/AMRs, conveyors, and automated material handling systems.
- Manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test), change control, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors in a high-precision, cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager or key contributor in factory automation projects, preferably in semiconductor, display, lithium battery, or electronics manufacturing.
- Must have direct experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, KUKA) and integration into production lines (e.g., pick-and-place, assembly, inspection).
- Solid understanding of PLC, HMI, motion control, sensors, and automated material handling systems (AGV/AMR, auto-loading/unloading).
- Experience working in cleanroom environments and managing high-precision, high-reliability automation systems.
- Familiarity with FAT/SAT processes and system integration with MES, WMS, or SCADA is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated involvement in Smart Factory / Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Fluency in Korean is mandatory (for daily communication with HQ).
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is preferred but not required.
