Job Description

  • Branch Operations and Leadership
  • -Supervise branch employees and ensure efficient daily operations.
  • -Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance and training to improve service quality and
  • productivity.
  • -Ensure the branch complies with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • -Oversee cash management, transaction accuracy, and branch maintenance.
  • -Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • -Prepare and submit required reports, including the Monthly Branch Certification.
  • Business Development and Customer Relations
  • -Lead marketing efforts to acquire new deposit and loan customers.
  • -Build and manage relationships with clients to promote bank products and services.
  • -Monitor and manage branch performance metrics to meet business goals.
  • Branch Security Officer Duties
  • -Implement and maintain branch security and safety programs.
  • -Identify and control potential safety hazards.
  • -Conduct staff security training and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
  • BSA/AML Compliance Coordinator Duties
  • -Oversee the implementation of BSA/AML compliance programs and ensure all related reporting
  • requirements are met.
  • -Review and approve Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and OFAC results.
  • -Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers and monitor their account activities.
  • -Coordinate Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • -Conduct business site visits for high-risk clients and prepare reports.
  • -Review and report suspicious activity (SAR) forms to the Compliance Department.
  • -Conduct regular compliance training sessions for branch staff.
  • Qualifications
  • -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • -Minimum 7 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • -Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operations, and compliance (including BSA/AML).
  • -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace

  • -Ensure the branch complies with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • -Oversee cash management, transaction accuracy, and branch maintenance.

  • Banking experience of at least 7 years is required.
