Job Description
- · Serve as the main point of contact for customers and vendors.
- · Process orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
- · Support sales operations through accurate data entry, quotations, and documentation.
- · Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
- · Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to meet client needs.
- · Prepare reports and assist in sales forecasting and account management.
Qualifications
- · Education: Associate degree (AA) or higher required.
- · Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or sales preferred (but not required).
- · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- · Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- · Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
