Job Summary
Job Description
- Develop Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement sales strategies and annual sales plans based on the company's development goals to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Team Management: Oversee the building and management of the sales team, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation of sales personnel to enhance overall team performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and follow up with existing clients, explore new markets, establish relationships with new clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Collect market information, analyze competitor activities, and promptly adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and team management within the(smart manufacturing), automation, or software industries, at a Director level, with extensive client resources in the manufacturing sector.
- Candidates with prior work experience at SK affiliates will be strongly considered.
- Excellent skills in creating business documents and reports.
- Fluent in Korean or English, both spoken and written.
- Dynamic thinker with outstanding communication skills.
- Possess strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
