Job Summary
Job Description
- Provide technical leadership and design for AI/ML projects.
- Develop ML models and implement them into real-world production systems.
- Build and organize technical teams, provide mentoring, and conduct code reviews.
- Research and apply the latest AI trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with the headquarters’ AI organization to solve business challenges in China.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML fields, or relevant experience in other AI-related areas.
- Proven experience leading at least 2 AI projects.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficient in Python, with experience using various AI/data science libraries.
- Experience in model deployment (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
- Experience in prompting, data labeling, and related AI development processes.
- Prior experience in developing and operating large-scale data-driven AI models is preferred.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects is a plus.
