Job Summary

IT Support & Infrastructure Assistant will support and manage various IT tasks within the company. This position will be responsible for maintaining the lifecycle of IT assets, supporting employees with their technical issues, managing IT-related processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures for all employees. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to learn quickly, and provide hands-on support in IT and technology-related inquiries.

Job Description

  • KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • IT Asset Management:
  • - Purchase and manage IT assets such as iPads, laptops, and other related devices.
  • - Manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) of IT assets.
  • - Oversee the lifecycle management of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Processes:
  • - Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all technical requirements (hardware, software, and accounts) are fulfilled for new and departing employees.
  • - Package devices securely and ship them via courier to the new employee’s address, including setup instructions and IT support contact information.
  • - Confirm delivery with the employee and provide ongoing support for any device-related issues.
  • - Retrieve devices from the departing employee, ensuring all company data is backed up securely.
  • - Perform a full device format and run a performance test to verify functionality.
  • Technical Support & Inquiries:
  • - Provide assistance to employees regarding technical issues with devices (laptops, iPads).
  • - Address user inquiries regarding IT-related tools and devices (e.g., Software and hardware etc.,).
  • IT System Account Management:
  • - Assist with account-related inquiries and management.
  • - Manage and resolve issues related to access permissions for platforms like SharePoint.
  • Deliver Communication & Collaboration Tools:
  • - Provide training and education on user-related IT systems and tools.
  • - Manage network-related inquiries (e.g., internet connection issues).
  • - Assist with conference room equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • License Management:
  • - Purchase and provide SW and IT system licenses to employees.
  • - Manage software license inventory and compliance.
  • Telecom Support:
  • - Manage telecom-related inquiries and issues.
  • - Collaboration with HQ IT
  • - Service delivery for HQ defined IT service and system to employes and address any technical issue as 1st issue resolver.
  • - Continuous self-development to expand work scope in the IT Infra sector and support for the IT system operation of the HQ.

Qualifications

  • - 2?4 years of experience in IT support, IT asset management, or a similar technical support role.
  • - Hands-on experience with IT hardware and software troubleshooting (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, OS setup).
  • - Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes, including device provisioning and account setup.
  • - Experience managing software licenses and collaborating with HQ or global IT teams is a plus.
  • SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
  • - Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware.
  • - Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • - Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.\
  • - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • - Knowledge of network-related issues and basic troubleshooting.
  • - Experience with IT asset management and lifecycle processes.
  • - Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Bilingual. Korean preferred.
  • EDUCATION
  • - Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • - Relevant certifications are a plus.
