This is a system administrator role.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Exceptional problem solving skills, technical skills and analytical skills a must
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to adapt to changing business needs
- Must be able to work well with cross functional teams and be able to work effectively with all levels within an organization
- Work shift is standard Mon - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
- Self-starter with excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application log
- Create, change, and delete application user accounts per request
- Provide support and investigate and / or troubleshoot issues
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
Experience in Computer Science not required. Will train the right candidates.
